That’s why we are actively looking for someone who will help us find qualified leads and support our inside salespeople in Europe.

What will you do?
As a Lead Generator / Customer Support employee located in Cape Town, your responsibilities include canvassing markets, particularly across the EMEA region, in specified segments such as personal care, food supplements, or hot beverages. You will focus on finding qualified leads that sales specialists in the Netherlands can follow up on. In addition to this, you will support the account managers with all sorts of customer support to ensure our clients’ needs are met first time right and effectively.

In this context think about administrative processing of orders brought in or handling incoming inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to handle requests yourself and turn them into orders. Let’s go and get it

Key responsibilities:

  • Generate leads within specified segments for follow-up by a sales specialist.
  • Deliver accurate and effective customer support from the first interaction.
  • Advising customers on various (sustainable) packaging solutions
  • Contacting customers regarding inquiries, deliveries, inventory, and product information
  • Provide comprehensive commercial support to assist account managers.
