What will you do?
As an Account Manager for Internal Sales, you are the main point of contact for our customers. You answer incoming questions and requests by phone, e-mail and chat. You would take the lead with your customer to design, create and develop unique solutions.
In this position, you have both an administrative and a commercial role. You will support the Account Manager for External Sales with the administrative processing of the orders received. You will also be given the opportunity to pick up requests yourself and convert them into an order. Let’s go and get it!
- Advising customers on various (sustainable) packaging solutions
- Management and full communication of various accounts within DaklaPack Europe
- Contact with customers about requests, deliveries, stock, samples and product information
- Processing customer orders and transferring them internally to production and logistics teams
- Processing requests and sales orders in our CRM system
This is who you are
- Excellent command of the English language
- Basic knowledge of the Dutch language
- Truly customer-oriented: able to translate a customer request into the right solution
- You are organizationally strong and keep a thorough overview in stressful moments
- Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial
- Strong administratively and does not lose sight of the commercial aspect
- Like to think along with new ideas or initiatives
- Available for at least 32 hours
